The PNC location has the friendliest staff of all the locations in the area. It is spacious and has a welcoming environment. I have never been disappointed when I go here.
My partner and I went to close his account here last November/December. We spent probably an hour while the clerks tried to get his account closed, so to describe our initial experience as smooth or easy would be far from accurate. We just received multiple calls from a collection agency saying that we owed money on the account, which came as a surprise since we closed it last winter. Surprised, we called PNC and they let us know that the clerks--the same ones who took an hour to get their heads on straight last winter--neglected to charge us a $30 fee at the time, so it had accumulated interest. Thankfully, PNC is waiving the fee for us, so we're relieved. But the incompetence of the clerks at this branch is unbelievable. Not only was it time-consuming up front, they also neglected to do their jobs. I hope they realize how much stress and anxiety their incompetence has caused.
