This location gets very busy at certain times, I try not to go between classes and rather wait until the middle of common class times.
The cashier was not very kind and was condescending. Then she didn't put my order in and was late to class because I had to wait ten extra minutes for a bagel
The employees are always friendly and accommodating. Seriously, if they were ever having a bad day I couldn't tell. Which, as someone that has always worked in some form of "service" position, I really value and appreciate.
