Great service! Very friendly staff! She explained specials and recommended what would be cheapest for me and made sure I understood all pricing! First time there and will be going back!
This location does have a difficult drive to get into during rush hour but that is easily mitigated. I was very pleased with my interaction with the customer service lady. She was patient and informative- never pushy or rushed. The place is clean and organized. The online service is great! I received an email stating that my items were done, what the price is, and what the items were. I most certainly will be making this my go to place for dry cleaning.
I have been to several dry cleaners around town and this one is clearly the best. My shirts and suits always turn out the way I want; the staff is consistently friendly; the pricing is more than competitive; and the online email system ensures that I am notified if my items are done early (as they often are). I would highly recommend.
The girls working were so kind and quick with the transaction. This was my first dry cleaning experience and was very satisfied with their customer service and had my coats done within 24 hours!
The customer service there was phenomenal. They really were interested in my weekend activities and what my plans were and they made me feel appreciated. Great people. Great place. Great service. 10/10 no doubt!
