The second and last time I will be disappointed. I used to be so impressed with Rice Kitchen because of quality and quantity. I ordered food for delivery as I could not leave work to retrieve my lunch (less than 3 miles away). I waited over an hour for the food -- which I was made aware of from the beginning so that's not the complaint. The complaint is the quality and quantity of my order after having to wait that long. Plus I gave a decent tip when I placed my order....hardly any sweet and sour sauce and I paid for extra sauce. I'm not happy and unable to leave work....hungry! Probably will not return.
Ahh, college memories of late night Chinese food runs from nearby Mason hall...
After an hour and a half wait, the 'hot and spicy' had very little flavor. My szechuan chicken had no chicken whatsoever, and my girlfriend's tofu was so undercooked as to be inedible. This didn't even meet my already low standards for Rice Kitchen quality. Open late or not, I will forego this place in the future.

Good drunk food because they're the only chinese food open late. Sometimes makes you question what kind of meat you're actually eating but it's still delicious I ain't gonna lie at all. My buddy was so drunk one time he was snap chatting himself with the employees there and he got banned but they let him back in the next time he went so it was chill. I love the general chicken with the rice and crab rangoon is fire.
I've never ordered delivery so I can't say how that is. Dine in and to go have always been fine for me - my orders right and crazy quick!
The food is pretty good too - better than the average takeout place. The chicken is nice and crispy with plenty of sauce - though the sweet and sour sauce can tend to drain to the bottom of the container so it looks like there's not enough.
