Just, not that good. More breading than actual meat. The drink deals can be okay. Service was fine.
Nothing against the wait staff or the cooks, but the wings are very obviously frozen. Disappointing for how much you're paying. Sauce and side selection is great, but it does not distract from the atrocities committed to the chicken.
I love the WILD wings. If you ever order it from here, make sure you spell it out for them. Otherwise they'll give you MILD. I told the waitress that I ordered WILD not MILD, so she took it back. I'm thinking to myself it's cool that she's correcting it. WILD and MILD have to different colors to them so I could tell the moment I saw them. It took her 30 seconds to bring me "WILD" so I thought something was fishy. The color of the wings made me realize she lied to me and still gave me MILD. She probably didn't want to get in trouble for messing up the order. I took a bite out of it and there was no spiciness to it whatsoever. I was going to complain again but my wife wouldn't let me. God bless that waitress
Poor service. I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings many times all over United States, but never encountered this kind of service from you. Especially from East Lansing unit. Heck, the waitress over here in this unit don’t even mind and care customers where the other units do. Shame on your poor customer service. I walked in and asked for a table, one of the waitress said it will take a minute, I thought she will clean the table which I requested but it passed like ten minutes and no response from her . She came and clearing the table that was next to the table that I requested. She didn’t even care us and know that we requested a table to seat. Then I approached to her and again reminded that I’m waiting for the table that I requested. She was like you can sit and I can clearly see that table is not cleaned and I don’t know whether she was aware of that or not. Finally, I was given a table which is not cleaned. Coming to the order omg no words it took like half hour to prepare 8 Wings. I visited this unit on behalf of my friends suggestion but not a good one I guess. Hope I won’t come here again. Good customer service keeps customers to come back. Don’t loose your valuable customers.
It is one of the most crowded restaurants in East Lansing. Always packed during dinner time. Make sure to go early and expect to wait at least 20 mins. During MSU games, wait time can be up to hour and a half. Make sure to use their blazing rewards programme if you love the wings.
