I had a great experience the ladies were great and offered to show me the unit first. I didn't need that. They helped me with all questions i had and were very helpful. I'm fully satisfied!

I was in the other day buying packing supplies and there were two ladies working. didn't catch their names but one was a Mexican and white lady. There were quite a few people in the office. as i was waiting my turn, both ladies were helping some students. When the white lady was done with her customer, she said "wow he stunk up the whole place". So rude!! i couldn't believe she would say that. there were other students there, not a great example to display to these young people. the look on the Mexican ladies face was of total embarrassment. I gave three stars because the Mexican lady was so very nice and polite and im sure this is how the company expects their employees to behave. i dont want to make her look bad for the way her fellow employee behaved. I will come back, just hope next time will be more pleasurable.
