On time, easy ride. Internet was available. Well worth the money for the round trip. The company was very understanding and helpful when I had to move my dates around with the bad weather
Terrific mode of transportation to the busy Detroit Airport. Staff is it very helpful in guiding you with which bus to catch for your anticipated flight. Also, discovered they have inexpensive parking for you right nearby if you can't have someone drop you off. One drawback is the route coming home at times can take more than 2 hours but it is worth it so you don't have to drive and deal with airport traffic
I have taken the flyer many times to and from DTW. The bus has always been on time, clean and the drivers kind and professional. This is actually much easier for me than trying to schedule flights to and from LAN. And this way I can just sit back and relax on my way to that early flight.
I can't think of anything not to love about this service. I appreciate the timelines of the schedule, personalities of the drivers, comfort of the coaches, commitment to their customers... I hope they continue to expand!
Excellent service always on time. only problem is getting in and out of Ann Arbor takes a lot of time. Its a wastage of time for Lansing travelers.
