Dutch Hills Community is a great place to live. My family and I lost our home to a fire back in October of 2016 and it was very hard for our insurance to find places that not only met our needs but was pet friendly. We were asked if we would consider living in a mobile home community and without hesitation we said yes. When we visited Dutch Hills they were friendly and caring and offered us a couple of options that would meet our needs. We were so ecstatic!! We quickly snatched up a double wide unit and within a few days we were moved in. It was a very nice place to live with nice neighbors. A quiet family friendly community where we spent close to 9 month's living in until our home was finally rebuilt and ready for us to move home. The management was easy to work with and very helpful in getting all the paper work processed so we could transition fairly quickly. We are so very thankful for how they accommodated our family during a time a real hardship!!
Love the community here. Management is always friendly and helpful. The new trailers look great inside and out and function really well. It's a bit expensive for a small space but worth it for being in the Haslett school system.
