Wonderful experience! Brian and Mark were both incredibly helpful in helping me choose my bike. Both were very knowledgeable of the Giant bikes they stock, as well as the many different brands and models of other bikes out there. They happily shared that knowledge, and I never felt pushed to purchase anything from them. They genuinely seemed to care that that I had all the information needed to choose the best bike for me. After moving to the area recently, I think I've found my new LBS.
One of the best servicing companies I've had in all of East Lansing. MSU BIKE shop did not take me and wouldn't for 20 days at a high price, but Velocipede took me in for under half the price and replaced my bike part in 10 min. Awesome service! Highly recommended!
I highly recommend these folks. Everyone I dealt with were very nice, helpful and patient, not to say others in the city weren't, but Brian went above and beyond the call of duty. I spent many hours in the shop over the course of 2 days trying out 7+ different bikes multiple times until I found the perfect bike. Brian tried so hard to help me find a bike that was right for me, I'm so thankful. Brian and Evan were so helpful with me today I had to leave a review (1st online review ever!!!). I'm relieved to know in the future I can bring my bike to honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable people.
