They took care of my broken laptop (I'm assuming because I haven't gotten it back yet) but the loner they gave me has not been updated in years so I can't access MSU's D2L. I tried to upgrade it but I need their username and password and they don't have any service on the weekends. This means I can't do any of my homework. If you go here for a loner make sure they've updated it since 2007.
However the employees here are really nice.
Good service but the items suck. I got a 32gb flash drive that came out of its housing and the port bent in at one point. Was $15 to get. They also have outrageous prices. They had 4 ft charging cables that were $15. I got three 2 meter ones for half that.
They only have 20 or so laptops and the prices are steep, don't go here unless you need a computer that day and can't go anywhere else. Shop around instead.
