I went in with high hopes because I heard good things from my roommate. I went in, got settled in and asked for layers and an inch off with a face frame, just something simple. When my stylist was done, I was unimpressed but I thought that perhaps it was just the way she blew dried it (I typically let my hair air dry because I think it looks better that way) so I paid and left the salon but as the day wore on I realized that she gave me a shag, definitely not what I wanted because my hair is fine and it isn't 1979. I'm extremely disappointed and will be going elsewhere to get it fixed.
Always offer me drinks,very clean and the music is never too loud.
