I did not go to the actual hotel the out side is lovely and they had a nice flea market like event going on. There was a wonderful ice sculpture. They also had live music going on.
FYI, I did not actually stay at this hotel. However, my experience with it was work related and I did get to see some of the employees at work as well as the lobby and main floor presentation. It was a very well designed and comfortable building with what seems like great customer service. Decorations are elegant. Location is prime, as there are many stores and attractions nearby.
I came here for a wedding and we got placed on a for away from the wedding party. The very courteous staff got us an available room on the same floor. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Also being able to hang out downstairs was nice for a wedding after party.
We love coming to visit here. The staff is always warm and inviting, no matter what. Even during the most recent power outage in East Lansing the staff went the extra mile providing pizza for everyone while we waited for the power to be restored. Kevin and his staff are GREAT!!!
The parking was easy and well lit for attending an evening event. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the sides and dessert, however the main dish served was dry. Overall good experience.
