Bought a home listed by Tomie Raines. Experience was fine until it got into the hands of their title company, TRI Title, then it turned into a disaster of epic incompetence. Lisa Fletcher the listing agent was no help in sorting it out and trying to contact the title agency directly was impossible. Closing delayed multiple times. Horrible experience. Stay away or at least demand a different title company.
