Selling and purchasing a home is one of the most stressful things that one can ever do but through the whole process our agent Audrey was by our side and she was an absolute rock star!
I will be completely honest, I was a little nervous about going with a "smaller" agency but I couldn't be happier that we did! We were not just a number to them and the level of attention that we received was remarkable where with a "larger" agency we most likely would have just been a number or a page in a book.
Very misleading. Built a house with CVE. The realtor (who is also the owner) is so uninformed that they provided VERY misleading and conflicting information CONSTANTLY making our experience a very drawn out and stressful one! What's worse is every person they referred (such as Will from dart bank) was just as incompetent as Tracy and impact relestate. We love our home but HATE the process it took to get here. That being said CVE was a good builder. Everyone has issues while building, they weren't perfect but ultimately we're happy. I would refer to CVE (the builder impact is associated with) but would certainly not refer someone to impact.
Horrible service, very unprofessional and rude. Impact Real Estate made our first home purchase one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The owner and his wife were very rude and unprofessional to both my wife and I and actually thought it was funny when i expressed my concerns of how the process had been handle. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Stay far away. Very unprofessional. Feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with Tracy. Save your time and energy and find any other agency.
