Awful customer service experience. One of the owners, Ken Kerbyson, was very rude and unwilling to help me out on a recent purchase. He pretty much kicked me out of the store and told me shop somewhere else. This man clearly doesn’t care about his customers so it looks like I’ll do my book shopping at the spartan and student book stores. Do yourself a favor and get professional help at real bookstores like the spartan book store and student book store, NOT COLLEGEVILLE!!
Better prices than the store in the International Center or SBS. If I have to buy a book, this store is my first choice in EL.
Truly the best college bookstore in East Lansing. This was my 5th semester shopping at Collegeville, and it amazes me how easy that everything is to find, how courteous and accessible that the staff are, and how conveniently located that it is to campus. Even on its busiest days, it's never taken me more than 15 minutes to get in and out with everything that I need for the semester. Management is also highly flexible and allowed me to easily exchange a book for which I had grabbed the wrong edition at no extra charge. Love Collegeville!
