Horrible, most unprofessional Dr. and staff. Always long wait. Dr Katranji is never in the office. Surgery was a major failure.
2. They hounded me for a $500 payment at my follow up visit, when I had never even received my first bill for the surgery and then tried to demand payment before I left.
This place is horrible, I had a 345 appointment, arrived at 3:30 finally left at 5:30. I got a bill in the mail for my co-pay, I called my insurance company and I filed a grievance because they were charging for services they did not conduct. The doctor says that he examined me which was a straight out lie! And insurance fraud. And only Dr office ive been to where they require you to pay your copay before being seen, I guess its to keep you waiting !
3. Next follow up they schedule me for... I show up at 8:50am and they inform me there is no one there today to see me... but they claimed they called me last night after 6pm to tell me, but didn't leave a message... and I have NO missed call! All the while this is my missed time from work!!!
My boyfriend had an appt at 2 but we arrived 15 minutes early. At 3:45 we left because all they did was take his insurance card and id and he still hadn't been called back. That's a ridiculous wait time!!! And when he went to ask the receptionist at 3:25 when his appt was she said 2 as if nothing was wrong.... that is horrible service. This appt was in the middle of our day which is fine if they called him back within the hour but for someone to wait 2+ hours for their NAME to be called is ridiculous and who knows when his name was actually called and who knows how long he would have waited when he was finally taken back. Appts run behind but you should tell people I'm sorry we're running (x amount of time) behind and you'll be see in (x amount of time)
What makes it infuriating is all the while they are rude and inconveniencing... They are frowny-faced, unapologetic, and just flat out don't care.
There is no customer service, I can't believe they run a business this way. Terrible.
I wish it were possible to leave zero stars... the most unprofessional staff running the place. Appt after appt they continue to disappoint me.
1. They've had me wait over 1.5 hours to be seen when they guaranteed me at time of scheduling I would be out at a certain time
On unorganized office , I was seen in the office on Monday and they called on Wednesday to schedule an appointment . Dr. was confused as to how to treat a lacerated tendon.wrapped it up and told me to come back in a week. said he would check In his tendon book. Do NOT use this office.
